and marketing.

Sumner coaches and
works with aspiring authors. She brings authors together in joint projects and assists published authors to find greater marketing exposure through

Since childhood
Sumner has enjoyed an unquenchable thirst for
knowing the answers to life. Questioning the
"norm" has brought her interesting, intriguing
and the most inspiring answers. Her deepest
passion is seeing people live the life of their
dreams while assisting others to do the same.
She encourages people to question their
premature cognitive commitments
and discover their own answers for their lives.Having experienced many bumps and turns
her life’s journey, she has discovered many
tools and techniques to heal and thrive, which she
shares with others. As a wounded
healer, she speaks from experience
in the
University of Hard Knocks. She
has co-authored several books to include some of
her examples on how to "more than survive - how
to triumph" over life challenges.
As aSelf Worth Advocate and Coach, Sumner
encourages her clients to discover the adventure
in every life experience. She receives
referrals and requests to work with women who
are struggling through a painful stage of their
life; women who are re-entering the workforce
and others who are seeking to put their Spirit
into their work. Using her life experiences and
expertise, Sumner coaches her clients to
re-discover their inner strength, reclaim their
worthiness, fresh-start themselves and create
harmony in their life through their spiritual
principals and beliefs. She has

with a Mystical quality.
She facilitates
mindful meditation groups and
empowers her students to use their breath as a
refocusing tool.
For years Sumner
has advocated for
Self
investment, not self improvement.
She coaches others by
reminding them that who they are - is not what
has happened to them and they are not who other
people judge them to be, and their self worth is
not based on other persons acceptance.
Her passion for the
future of today’s youth, and a belief that our
future is in their hands, Sumner works with
select charitable organizations that assist
young people with their career options.
She is

experience, research and proven techniques Sumner delivers
