I listen to the marketing leaders to acquire additional knowledge of the various proven marketing channels as well as what is fresh and cutting edge - a crucial point in setting yourself apart from the crowd.

I listen to the industry giants to learn the technological answers that help my clients in today's fast paced world of internet, social media, websites and email.

I listen to the feedback of what is working and what is still challenging - another significant point in clarifying what works for each individual.

After listening I now have additional tools, ideas and contacts to help my clients. Through a consortium of entrepreneurs, I have access to additional resources to assist my clients. 

In order to succeed, people must be hear your message. 

Sometimes being set apart from the noisy crowd requires doing something similar to your competitors, other times it's something new and innovative. You may have used a venue that didn't fair well in the past and now with an adjustment, it's the one venue that works the best for you today.  You may need to start with a new map, or simply adjust your direction.

Sometimes you just need someone to listen and confirm that you are on the right track. Some results take time.

I research and test web apps, test social networks and "special" internet marketing offers, and the myriad of ways people are using the internet to connect these days - so my clients have less frustration and more time for other things they want to do.

I take action in ongoing technical and marketing training events - so my clients have up to date and cutting edge information and support.

I take action monitoring trends, events and news in my client's areas of practice -so my clients have better information to help in selecting the best venues for marketing their firms and products.
